BMW 1 Series 116d: A BMW 1 series review was done on the 116D by "Motortouque". This model of BMW was taken on a test drive and was found that although the fuel consumption is supposed to be 64.2 MPG on their test car they only achieved 46.3MPG which shows that the way a car is driven by selected people can affect the amount of fuel that you can actually get. This review of the car was taken over a weeks driving in town and motorway combination. The result was a better fuel consumption than the Honda hybrid that was driven at the same time which could only return a consumption of 44.4 MPG which means the BMW 116D still performs very well indeed. Coupled with the fact that the 116D is actually really a 2.0 litre engine gives this car plenty of power with 116bhp with 260Nm of torque from 1,750rpm giving a top speed of 124mph and 0-62mph in 10.3 seconds. Living with something like the BMW 116d, gives you a good looking premium brand versatile car that is fuel efficient and goes well as far as performance goes. You can drive how you want, when you want to without restriction and have either performance or economy. performance from less fuel. This makes BMW 1 Series petrol cars so efficient.

BMW 1 Series Driving Appeal: Many of the reviews say that BMW 1 series is a very lovely car to drive. The driving experience that makes using the 120d so welcome. With big car refinement on long motorway trips and the lovely rear-drive balance in corners, the BMW 1 Series provides enjoyment and relaxation in equal measure. Driving the BMW 1series Coupe is even better. This is one of the better-looking of the 1-Series, with the longer tail which seems to smooth out the frumpy shape of the hatch. The 135i has well over 300bhp which makes it far more powerful than the 116D so you will not fear any of the hot hatches. Being a coupe makes it automatically a little bit cooler than your average hot hatch, but it's still a BMW that can give you prestige from buying a car with this badge on the nose. The BMW 1 series coupe is still a relatively new car interior is basically the same layout as the hatchback 1-Series from the driver’s seat, so all is fine, if not the best that BMW have on offer. All the materials feel of decent quality and there's nothing about the build quality that looks cheap it’s simple rather than striking, solid rather than a showy car.
